Three October soups

Soup seems the perfect warming autumn meal!

Soups contain many key ingredients that help to improve your health — mainly vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, which are all needed to sustain good health and to reverse health problems. When you are ill, you may not have much of an appetite or even be able to hold down any solid food, so for this reason, your physician may suggest you eat soup. Eating soup is a good way to stay hydrated and get most of the vitamins and minerals your body needs.
